Add 1 heaped teaspoon per cup (that’s around 2.5 grams) and pour on 100°C water straight off the boil.
Infuse the tea for 2 – 3 minutes and enjoy.

A little known tea producing region, the Indonesian island of Java popped out a cracker here with a delicious, light and fruity black tea like one we’ve not had before.
It is a gentle but fruity black tea for all-day drinking, with strong notes of blackcurrant coming through adding extra depth.
Because of the pleasing dark fruit notes of this tea we use it as a base in our very popular Sassy Noir flavoured black tea, with rose & mandarin for a delicious flavoured tea.
